Yes. Steel, manufacturing and freight costs can change. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown when an order is completed is the price that applies to that order.
The customer is responsible for unloading the equipment.
Large shipments, including arenas and heavy livestock equipment, require equipment with pallet forks capable of lifting at least 2,000 pounds. Roping arenas, rough stock equipment and other heavy shipments cannot be unloaded by hand.
Do not cut the green bands holding the equipment together until the bundle is safely on the ground.

Delivery timing depends on the product, manufacturing schedule, destination and carrier availability. Freight deliveries may arrive at different times during the scheduled delivery period.
If there are dates when you cannot receive the order, give those blackout dates to Red River Arenas when the order is placed. Once a shipment has been booked with a carrier, delivery may not be able to be rearranged.
Before unloading, inspect the shipment and photograph any visible damage while the equipment is still on the trailer.
After unloading, inspect every bundle and part. Compare the shipment with your invoice and verify that the order is complete and in good condition. Red River Arenas must be notified at the time of delivery about shortages, errors or visible damage.

Do not assume that every freight shipment can be refused. Delivery procedures depend on whether the product arrived by common carrier, LTL or truckload. Follow the instructions on our Delivery Notice page.
Galvanized steel helps protect livestock and equine equipment from rust and corrosion. It provides a durable finish without the peeling and frequent touch-up commonly associated with painted or powder-coated equipment.
Galvanizing does not mean the equipment will never show normal weathering, surface changes or wear, but it provides long-term protection suited to outdoor livestock use.
Choose a panel based on the animals being contained and how the panel will be used. Compare the panel height, length, tubing size, steel gauge, leg design and overall weight.

Measure the available space carefully and make note of fences, buildings, roads, utilities, slopes and other restrictions before requesting a custom layout.
Begin with the way cattle need to move through the facility, the available space and any equipment already on the property.
A complete setup may include a squeeze chute, palpation cage, crowding tub, open or sheeted alley, holding pens, sorting gates and loading equipment. Visit our squeeze chutes, cattle tubs and alleys, and cattle working pens pages to compare the options.
Some Red River Arenas products arrive assembled, while others require partial or complete assembly. Arena packages, round pens and panel systems must be laid out and connected at the customer’s location.
Check the individual product description and our instructions and videos before delivery. Call us if you have questions about the tools, equipment or help needed for assembly.
Internet purchases are final sale. Please confirm product measurements, specifications, quantities and delivery requirements before completing checkout.
Cancellations or returns accepted under the Red River Arenas policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee, original freight charges and other expenses related to the order.

If equipment must be returned after delivery, the customer is responsible for freight back to the Red River Arenas factory. The original freight charge is not refundable.
Contact Red River Arenas before attempting to return any product.
Red River Arenas provides a one-year workmanship warranty. If a product fails because of faulty workmanship within one year of purchase, it may be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.
The customer may be responsible for returning the product to the factory. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unintended use, customer actions or acts of nature.
