Customer is responsible for unloading product
If product arrives common carrier and is damaged, refuse load and full refund including freight will be given. Loads arriving via LTL cannot be refused under any circumstances. No matter delivery method, if product needs to be returned after delivery has been completed, it is
customers responsibility to pay freight back to factory and original freight charge cannot be refunded.
A 15% restocking fee will be placed on all orders canceled or returned.
Due to several individuals not understanding what they are purchasing when they buy online and never talking to a salesperson, all internet purchases are final. We will work with you to our maximum ability, but within reason.

Due to several individuals not understanding what they are purchasing when they buy online, and never talking to a salesperson, all internet purchases are final. Normal product warranty will still apply if returned to the factory.
Based on quality, we believe our products to be very competitively priced. Our guarantee to you is that if our products fail due to faulty workmanship, within one year from date of purchase, we will replace the product at no cost
"when returned to the factory at the customer's expense". If the repair is minor, we will pay to have someone come to your place and fix the product. Under no circumstance will we warranty a product that has been used for a purpose not intended, from acts of nature, or from damage done by customer.
Be aware that customer is responsible for unloading product. Delivery can be at any time, if for any reason you will be unavailable for unloading, you must let us know via email or phone call. Once order has been booked on a carrier, shipping cannot be rearranged. Please have equipment with pallet forks that can unload 2000+ lbs. ready for unloading once the truck arrives. DO NOT CUT THE GREEN BANDS holding the equipment together in a bundle until it is safely on the ground. Red River Arenas is not responsible for damages to equipment during unloading.

DELIVERY
Customer is responsible for unloading product with their own equipment. Blackout dates must be given at time or order. RRA must be notified AT TIME OF DELIVERY of any errors or discrepancies contained in the order, or RRA cannot be responsible for such items. If product arrives common carrier (ie UPS, FedEx, SAIA) and is damaged: refuse load and full refund including freight will be given. Product cannot be refused when shipped LTL or Truckload; acceptance is mandatory.
RETURNS
No matter delivery method, if product needs to be returned after delivery has been completed, it is customers responsibility to pay freight back to factory and original freight charge cannot be refunded.
If cancellation of order, or order return is necessary, the original charge will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee and any additional expenses related to origninal order; RRA will not give a full refund of original amount after checkout is complete.

OTHER THINGS THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO KNOW
To unload hog traps, saddle racks, and other smaller items, you will not need a forklift to unload (although it will be helpful). Unloading round pens and panels by hand (no forklift) is not recommended, however, it can be done with extreme caution. There is no exception to unloading roping and rough stock arenas and equipment. Due to the weight of these products, you will need the capability to lift 2,000 lbs with pallet forks. All loads are inspected for damages and imperfections at time of loading. If the load arrives and you can see damage while on the truck, photograph the damage while on the trailer. After unloading, inspect all bundles and parts and verify that you have received all of your order and your order is in good working condition and there are no shortages from the invoice at the time of delivery.
